Description of Calcium Carbonate Coated

The Chemicail Mine world Co. by using modern technology in iran ( south west of Asia ) is providing coated Carbonate Calcium (different coats) which used in ganulization industry cable, nilon and master bache.

the advantages of coated Carbonate Calcium which CMW Co Product is notified as under.

1. privention from corrosion of machines specialy cilenders, rolers and the part of granulization for covering with a

2.Rediucing of the rate of consumption of electricity because of fluency of product in process of granulization.

3.reducing about 28% voluminal of consumption for suitable coating and impenetrable of granules of  carbonate Calcium wich cause to knock of the ended price.

4.because coated Calcium Carbonate don't absorb DOP. the volume weight of outcoming granules become lighter and voluminal weight become lighter, because the product will be sold in the system of metric don't effect on asking price but knock of price.

5.Coated Calcium Carbonate to instrumental in softer of product and if we suppose the quality would be fixed, we can dispose more quantity of Calcium Carbonate which replace of consumption of PVC.
