Curing
It is used as a thin layer on concrete surface to protect and avoid quick

quickly.
Applications
It is usually being used in broad concreting such as saloon floors, dam
walls, water canals, highways, airports and cut-off walls.
Advantages
-It increases concrete strength and avoid cracking
and quick dry of the surface.
-It does not need any additional watering and
covering on concrete (such as plastic, sack and fiberglass).
How to use
Once it is diluted, it mixes and blends at the proportion of 1 to 2 with
water. After cleaning the surface and saturating the concrete the mixture
should be rolled over the surface using a brush or pump. After surface
dilution one kg curing could cover about 20-22 sq. m. area.

| It is used as
a replacement for plastering in concrete and prefabricated constructions
in minimum time, with more quality, less cost and better technique.
Applications
It could be applied in prefabricated buildings’ interiors which have
a fairly uniform surface.
Specifications
Mastic is a powder forms a soft paste once it is mixed with water,
could be applied easily using a spatula or special pump. Mastic
conglomerates with all kinds of mineral foundations, does not failed and
it will use less color than normal since it is compacted after it is
dried. As it is applied using pumps, it has a high efficiency so that a
group of four could cover about 1,000 sq. m area in one day!
Consumption
It is mixed as two volume gauge with one water volume gauge and it is
mixed once again after 2 hours and then it is applied using a pump over
the surface and brushed over using wide and special spatulas. Mastic
work should be applied two times with one day in between if there is any
inequality in foundation. It used 1-1.5 Kg for one sq. m. area.
