  First state: to fluid paste, 25 kg of material is added to 4.5 liter of water

Flexible covers on the shrinkage cracks of the bridges

1   Destroying non – strength parts of surface by Hammer or same tools
2   Cleaning the surface from dusts and additional materials by Freze and Compressor
3   Wetting the surface, 4-6 h before operation of RB – RG2

Preparation of mixture RB – RG2
  This grout is operated with three methods.

 1-operation with trowel:
 1st ) Two liters of water (maximum) is mixed with 4 liters of concrete resin RB – RG2.
 2nd) 23 kg of RB – RG2 is added to water and concrete resin mixture, and mixed by mixer (400 rpm) at 5 minutes.
 
 2-operation by brush
 1st) mixing of 4 liter of RB – RG2 resin (minimum)
 2nd) 23 kg of RB – RG2 powder is added to water and resin mixture, and mixed by mixer (400 rpm).
 
 1- operation by spray
 1st) Mixing of 7 liter of water with 4 liter of RB – RG2 resin.
 2nd) 23 kg of RB – RG2 powder is added to water and resin mixture and mixed by mixer (400 rpm) for 5 minutes

  2-4 h, after manufacturing of concrete, depended on temperature, and when a little of moisture is remained , 60% of powder is sprayed on surface and polished by trowel .Then 40% of remainder is operated in the same state.
