Surface Treatment ( Concrete Curing)

Concrete Curing RB – CUR
Combination curing of concrete
 Standard
  It is according to ASTMC 309 58/66 type 1 standard.
 
 Advantages
  Protection of moisture in concrete and complete hydration of that
  Decreasing strength lost.
Decrease cracking that is created from settlement of concrete
  Don’t need to soak of concrete bags
  Easy to operation (with hand – poison – sprayer)
  Economic and decrease of personal expenses.

 Uses
  for concrete that cracking and settlement take place.
  In situation that spraying the water and soaking the concrete is difficult (for example in wide pouring of concrete in hot climate)
 
 Amount of consumption
  One liter for 4.5 – 6.5 m2, that 5-10 layer is formed
 
storage
  If it is kept in closed condition, far from sunshine and High temperature, minimum life – time would be 12 months

 

CURE 9
cur 9 with high efficiency
 Standard
  CUR 9 product is according to Bs8110 part1,Astm 390 standards.

 Uses
   As a spray applied membrane to retain moisture in concrete for effective curing.
   Suitable for all general concreting applications and for large area concrete surfaces, such as airport runways, roads and bridges.

 

Mould emulsion oil RB – MW
Mould loosing oil from concrete surfaces
 Advantages
  prevention from adhesiveness of concrete to mould (by lubricating mould)
  Decreasing surface bubbles of concrete
Increase life – time of mould
  Minimization cleaning the mould
  Economic in expenses and molding time
  Creation of smooth and spot free surface on concrete

 amount of consumption
  For 30 – 35m2 smooth surface, or 15- 20 m2 non – smooth surface,, one liter of RB – MW per 5 per 5 liter of water is used
 
Procedure of using
1   mould’s surfaces is cleaned
2   Operation has been done with painting – brush or spray as homogonous and thin layer
3   To prevent damaging the concrete, after concrete setting, this layer should be washed with water
 
storage
  If RB – MW is kept in original barrels, far from sunshine, its life – time will be about 12 months

 

Mould oil RB – MO
Chemical oil for mould loosing
 
 Advantages
 
  Creation of smooth surface in concrete.
  Economic in expenses.
Increase of mould life – time.
  Minimize cleaning the mould, before reuse it.
  Useable for metallic and wood mould, and polyurethane and steel coaters.

  for easy and acceleration cleaning of moulds
  for High quality concretes.
 
 Amount of consumption
   20 – 40 m2 per liter depended on mould surface..
 
Disadvantages
  It is useful for up to 60 .C
 
Storage
  In original package and optimum environmental condition, RB – MO life – time would be about 12 months
 
Safety
  It is Toxic for eyes and skin, and must not be swallowed too. If it is contacted with skin, must be washed with water and soap. Don’t wash it with solvents
